Travellers are starting to hand the search to software. VistaLink builds what that software runs on: rates read straight off hotels’ own websites, and bookings made on those same sites. Travel platforms use it through a white-label API, and hotels work with us directly.
There’s no platform team to hand things over to. What you build, you also run, and you’ll have a real say in how it’s built.
What you’ll do
- Build and run the browser automation that collects rates and completes bookings on hotel websites, mostly with Playwright and Puppeteer.
- Keep it reliable through anti-bot measures, redesigns and sites that are just flaky.
- Build the pipelines that turn raw rates into clean, fresh data we can search.
- Ship features anywhere in the stack, from the partner API to internal tools.
- Own your work in production, which includes fixing it when it breaks.
What we’re looking for
- Roughly three to six years of professional software engineering.
- Strong in Python or TypeScript and happy working in both. Some of our services are in Go.
- Real experience with browser automation or scraping at scale.
- Comfortable designing APIs and data pipelines.
- You can take a loose problem, scope it and ship it without hand-holding.
